PCFK系列可逆雙反擊錘式破碎機(jī)是一種新型破碎設(shè)備,主要是靠沖擊作用來破碎物料的,破碎過程大體是這樣的:落下的物料進(jìn)入破世界進(jìn)口后,遇到高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的錘頭沖擊而被打擊到破碎機(jī)進(jìn)口處的可調(diào)耐磨齒板上,進(jìn)行首次破碎,破碎后顆?;鞠嗤奈锪暇鶆虻倪M(jìn)入主破碎內(nèi),進(jìn)行二次主破碎,在主破碎腔內(nèi)已被均勻的物料顆粒從錘頭再次獲得動(dòng)能,高速?zèng)_向反擊腔內(nèi)部的鋸齒形襯板而被破碎,由于襯板特殊的鋸齒形結(jié)構(gòu)。破碎的物料又一次向上反彈,再次被錘頭破碎,與此同時(shí)物料還受到彼此間的撞擊而破碎,如此反復(fù)循環(huán),在反腔內(nèi)多次破碎,最后被破碎的物料從出料口排出,細(xì)碎了的物料即為產(chǎn)品。
該機(jī)主要由破碎機(jī)主體、電動(dòng)機(jī)、液力偶合器、液壓站、減震器等組成。結(jié)構(gòu)上采用了大轉(zhuǎn)子、短銷軸、組合式錘、上下同步調(diào)節(jié)裝置、并且在機(jī)體進(jìn)口處添加了耐磨齒板,增長了破碎有效面,提高了破碎比。具有打擊力度大、出料細(xì)度均勻、操作維修方便、易損件使用壽命長等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。破碎機(jī)主軸由優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鍛造鋼制造,該材料及其熱處理技術(shù)數(shù)十年來,在大斷面軸類零件應(yīng)用中非常成熟。錘頭是組合的,從而節(jié)約了許多耐磨合金材料,降低了生產(chǎn)成本。錘頭連接處帶有加強(qiáng)筋,打擊端寬度加寬,提高了錘頭強(qiáng)度,改變了原有機(jī)型掉錘頭的現(xiàn)象,大大提高了安全性和錘頭使用壽命,同時(shí)錘頭是按螺旋線排列的,這對降低風(fēng)量和防堵是非常有利的。主機(jī)和電動(dòng)機(jī)通過液力偶合器連接,能夠縮短電機(jī)起動(dòng)時(shí)間,減少起動(dòng)過程中的平均電流,防止動(dòng)力過載。軸承處潤滑直接由液壓站供應(yīng),無需人工共給,降低工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。

Broken shaft is forged by the high-quality alloy steel, the material and heat treatment technology is very mature for decades in large cross-section of shaft parts applications. Hammer is a combination, thus saving a lot of anti-wear alloy material, reduces production costs. Hammerhead junction with the ribs and the widen side in breaking improves the hammer intensity, changes in the original model of the phenomenon of hammer drop, greatly improves the safety and the using life meanwhile, hammerhead is based on spiral arranged, which is very beneficial in reducing air volume and the pventing blockage. Main machine and motor connected through the fluid coupling, it can shorten the motor start-up time, reduce the average current during start and pvent overload of the power. Bearing lubrication is directly supplied from the hydraulic station, no need for artificial supply and also reducing the labor intensity of workers.
